Information for Current CCSD21 Pre-School Students
Currently enrolled CCSD21 pre-school students, including all Hawthorne and ECDEC students, will receive the 2012-2013 Kindergarten registration materials directly from their current pre-school teacher. Registration materials for these students should be returned to the pre-school teacher, not the local elementary school.
General Kindergarten Eligibility Information & Registration Requirements
A child is eligible to attend Kindergarten in the Fall of 2012 if the child will be five years old on or before September 1, 2012.

Other state and local requirements include a physical examination, dental examination, vision examination, appropriate immunizations, and lead screening by a physician.
